FD Zoomie

This Tool lets you zoom into a section of your video with a nice outline and darkens the rest of the screen. You can move & resize the zoomed in area plus you can move that zoomed portion to any location on the screen. This allows full control over where it is placed. This tool is setup as an effect in the effects library and can be applied to the video clip itself or applied to an adjustment clip.
